LITTLE FUN RHINESTONE PINS

I like to wear brooches and I love rhinestones, so with a bit of patience everyone can create a nice pin - with or without rhinestones, or you can use beads or mini lace, depends on your taste and fantasy!!! AND IT'S FUN - for girls or ladies! No age limit!

You will need:

PADDED APPLIQUE - I like to use hearts, but you can use what ever shape you want!

FLATBACK RHINESTONES - the size depends on the size of your applique. I also prefer to use clear or AB colors.

BROOCH PINS (FINDINGS) - again the size depends on size of your applique.

A GOOD GLUE OR CRAFT CEMENT, IF POSSIBLE WITH PRECISION APPLICATOR!!!!!! I am using G-S HYPO CEMENT, which is great for jewelry making and crafts in general. I got this one from ebay (approx. $4).

And from now one it is very simple - you just need one thing - PATIENCE!!!! Glue the rhinestones around your applique and make sure that the rhinestones (or beads) are evenly distributed. Because we work with good glue or cement, make sure that your hands are always clean - MESS FREE!!

When the rhinestones are set and safely glued in their proper position, glue to the back site of your brooch the pin. Since I am using craft cement, I can safely glue the pin without risking that it will come of. If you are not sure, the brooch pin has usually two or three wholes and you can also sew it with needle and thread. But the cement REALLY makes it safe!

After you are sure that your glue or craft cement is dry and nothing is moving around, you can safely enjoy another nice little treasure!

As I mentioned, you can use any applique shape you like, just make sure the it's PADDED APPLIQUE!!! I love my little Scotties!

These little darlings are a great gift for any occasion and they look great in a small paper box with a big bow.

ENJOY AND IF YOU MAKE SOME, SEND ME SOME PICTURES!

HAPPY CRAFTING!
